To connect Alexa to Apple Music, open the Alexa app and tap the three-line icon at the bottom of the screen. Then go to “Settings > Music & Podcasts” and tap “Link New Service > Apple Music.” Finally, follow the on-screen instructions to sign in to Apple and link your account to Alexa.

- Tap the three-line icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select “Settings.”

- Go to “Music & Podcasts.” You will need to scroll down to see this option under “Alexa Preferences.”
- Tap “Link New Service.”

- Select “Apple Music.” If you don’t see Apple Music listed, it means you already have the streaming service connected to Alexa. However, that doesn’t mean it’s your default streaming service. To find out how to make Alexa play Apple Music, skip to the next section below.
- Tap “Enable to Use.”

- Sign in to your Apple account. Once you enter your password, tap the arrow icon to the right to continue.

- Select “Trust.”
- Tap “Continue.”

- Finally, tap “Done.” Once you connect Apple Music, you should see a message to make it your default streaming service. To do this, tap “Visit Music Settings.”

How to Make Apple Music Your Default Music Streaming Service on Alexa
To change the default music streaming service on Alexa to Apple Music, open the Alexa app and tap the three-line icon at the bottom of your screen. Then go to “Settings > Music & Podcasts” and tap “[Username] Default Services.” Finally, tap “Change” and select Apple Music.
