Tired of crowding around your iPhone to share photos or videos? With Roku, you can mirror your iPhone and bring them to life on your TV. Here’s everything you need to know about how to mirror your iPhone to a Roku device or TV, and what to do when your devices won’t connect.

Note: You can only mirror your iPhone if your Roku supports AirPlay 2 (models from 2017 or newer) and runs Roku OS 9.4 or later. If you haven’t updated your device in a while, check out our step-by-step guide on How to Update Roku.

How to Mirror Your iPhone to Roku

To mirror your iPhone to a Roku device or TV, swipe down from the top-right corner of your iPhone screen and tap the “Screen Mirroring” button that looks like two rectangles on top of each other. Then select your Roku device and enter the four-digit code from your TV to start mirroring.

Note: On an iPhone 8 or earlier model, you’ll need to swipe up from the bottom edge of the screen instead.
